SO Inspection and Conditioning Equipment

ATM's SO inspection equipment product line consists of three primary models - the ATS-10K, a flexible, modular high speed inspection system that can process components in tube-to-tube and/or tube-to-tape configurations; the ATP-7K series of tape and reel products with both 2D and 3D inspection options and the NEW high speed TRV-2000 tray-to-tray and/or tray-to-tape inspection system. The SO conditioning product line includes a dedicated (100%) conditioning system, the AT-1045 FP.

In addition, the ATV-2000 in-tape inspection system inspects most gull wing devices through the cover tape after sealing.

As with all other ATM products, users of our SO systems are assured of equipment performance that meets specifications, with engineering, service and support from a global team of dedicated specialists.
